Terms & conditions

These terms apply to reservations at Central Park Tower and Central Suites Tower.

Check-in and check-out

At both towers, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you expect to arrive late or on a different day, please let us know in advance.

Cancellations, refunds and no-shows

Central Park Tower: due to our high occupancy, reservations are non-refundable. In case of a no-show the reservation will be cancelled, so please inform us if you will arrive late or on another day.

Central Suites Tower: non-refundable rates are charged in full as a prepayment by credit card. Cancellations at any time and no-shows are charged the total price of the reservation.

The specific conditions of each rate (prepayment, cancellation and deposits) are always shown in our booking engine before you confirm.

House rules at Central Suites Tower

Smoking is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00. Pets are not allowed.

Promotions

The 10WEB promo code gives a 10% discount on reservations made through our website, subject to availability and to the conditions shown when booking.

Transfers

Private transfer rates are per vehicle, one way, in US dollars, and may change without notice. The final price is confirmed when you book.
