Central Park Tower has welcomed guests since 2017. Its 42 apartments are finished with porcelain floors and Italian modular kitchens, and every unit is fully furnished for stays of a few nights or several weeks.
Guests have access to a covered swimming pool and sun terrace on the second floor, a fitness center open 24 hours, a sauna, a business center and meeting areas. Our concierge team is available 24/7.
Central Suites Tower rises 16 levels in Piantini and is designed for business travellers and leisure guests alike, for short and extended stays. Each suite is prepared with the comforts of home: Wi-Fi, cable TV, quality bedding and home appliances.
The building offers a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, gym, spa, lounge bar & bistro, laundry service, business center and covered parking — with banks, malls, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Central Towers is a project of Real Capital Caribe, a real estate and hospitality company in Santo Domingo and part of the Real Capital Ventures investment group. Central Park Tower was the company’s first condo-hotel in the Dominican Republic and Central Suites Tower its second.
